Sector Analysis
Over the last 9 years I have profiled the personalities of over 600 people in the biotechnology sector. The personality profile data can be analysed to identify themes amongst PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, early, mid, and later career people in different roles and benchmark teams across the sector. The blog below summarises the findings.
Many themes have been emerging during this work and over the last year this has been pulled together with the input from 150 individuals. They were drawn live at the 20th Annual bioProcessUK Conference, run by the BioIndustry Association.
