Biosociates

 Biosociates are my partners for delivering people solutions

We specialise in assessing people challenges by combining personality profiling, sector knowledge and a coach approach leading to the formulation of corporate solutions. On occasions we build a small expert team of people who are termed my Biosociates. They bring a wider perspective providing you with strong project teams to address solutions in these areas:

• Human Resources - most of my clients in this area are small biotechnology companies with no professional HR. I provide HR resources, usually supporting the office manager, with my Biosociates John Taylor and Sheena Pumford, formerly of Cobra Biologics

• Training - we have defined the key training areas providing you with an opportunity to develop your team in a small company. We do this in partnership with our partner training organisation The Leadership School run by Sharon Collier

• Visualisation - many people prefer visuals, rather than written documents, and therefore we work with Scarlet Design to visualise strategies and thinking. A current project is exploring barriers that early and mid-career professionals encounter in the sector
